Joe Hayes
Boston, MA
Joe uses his experience as an athlete, manual therapist, posturologist, and certified strength & conditioning specialist to help people reach their health and fitness goals - whether it’s sports performance, fat loss, injury prevention, pain relief, postural correction, muscle toning, muscle building, or general well-being.
Joe was an accomplished athlete earning the 1990 Boston Globe HS Mass Div 2 Football Player of the Year, Mass longest field goal 1990 and 1st in Shriners All Star Team South fitness testing. In wrestling he was Mass State Champion and Runner Up New England Championship.
Joe graduated from Springfield College 1996 where he held the school record in yards per carry. He was Captain of the Track & Field Team and a finalist in the 100-meter New England Track & Field Championships.
Joe was reviewed by several NFL, CFL, and Arena teams for both placekicking and running back positions.
After graduating from college, Joe interned at the prestigious Nick Bollettieri/IMG Academy, a multi-sport training center in Florida.
Joe is a Level 4 Certified ELDOA Trainer and is currently the Lead ELDOA Instructor in the New England region.
